Gulliver Shopping Mall In Kyiv To Continue Operation Regardless Of Arrest

The Gulliver shopping mall in Kyiv intends to continue its operation regardless of the ruling of the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv of November 14 which ordered the arrest of the shopping mall.

Tatiana Atadzhanova, the head of the liaison department of the shopping mall, told this to Ukrainian News.

'It was a big suddenness to learn this news from Facebook. This statement will not have any influence on the operation of the shopping mall," she said.

The management of the shopping believes that arrest of the property of the shopping mall has nothing to do with Mykhailivskyi Bank or the Ekosipan Company and represents a gross violation of the constitutional right to property.

The management of the Gulliver shopping mall is determined to defend the right at courts, including at European courts.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv on November 14, 2016, ordered seizure of the Gulliver shopping mall in Kyiv.
