Freedom House, an international non-governmental organization, has designated Ukraine as a country with "partly free" Internet.

This is stated in the organization's "Freedom on the Net 2016" report, which covers the period of June 2015-May 2016, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Out of the 65 countries that the organization monitored, 17 were rated as "free," 28 "partly free," and 10 "not free."

Ukraine was designated "partly free" and ranked 38th, down from 31st in 2015.
