Russia Advocating Involvement Of United States In Normandy Format

Russian President Vladimir Putin calls for involvement of the United States in the Normandy Format meetings.

The RIA Novosti news agency (the Russian Federation) has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Putin noted that the Normandy Format is not very effective, thus, Russia does not deny attraction of other country, including the United States.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, President Petro Poroshenko considers that the Normandy Format negotiations have no alternative in resolving of the Donbas conflict.
