Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov announces an agreement with the government of Japan on cooperation in security and the reform of the National Police. He wrote this in his microblog in Twitter, Ukrainian News Agency reports. "Japan. Tokyo. Together with Senior Vice Foreign Minister Nobuo Kishi we have agreed on cooperation in the field of security and the reform of police," wrote Avakov. On his page in Facebook Interior Minister Avakov wrote he had a meeting with Japanese Foreign Minister Takeaki Matsumoto and discussed key issues of further support to the reform of the law enforcement system of Ukraine. Minister Avakov paid special attention to the work of Japan's centers of management of police forces. Minister Avakov says the Japanese traffic control system could successfully operate in Kyiv. As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov is on a working visit in Tokyo, Japan.
