The Special Monitoring Mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE SMM) says a representative of the armed forces of the Russian Federation in the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) is not present in Petrivske, Donetsk region.
The OSCM SMM announced this on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The statement reads that there is only limited access for OSCE SMM to Petrivske/Bohdanivka disengagement area today. Ukrainian armed forces and "Donetsk People's Republic" have failed to guarantee OSCE SMM's security.
The OSCM SMM underlines that the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination should assist in ensuring safe and unhindered access for the OSCE SMM, co-ordinate demining.
