A meeting of heads of state in the "Normandy format" (Ukraine, Germany, France, and Russia) has begun in Berlin (Germany). The “112 Ukraine” television channel broadcast video footage of the beginning of the meeting, Ukrainian News reports. At the negotiating table are President of Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande, and Russian President Vladimir Putin and their delegations. As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Poroshenko, Merkel, and Hollande held trilateral talks ahead of the "Normandy format" meeting. Poroshenko expects an action plan for implementation of the Minsk agreements to be approved during the “Normandy format” meeting.
