Council Of Europe To Provide Ukraine EUR 45 Million For Implementing Reforms

The Council of Europe intends to provide Ukraine EUR 45 million for financing implementation of reforms.

Foreign Affairs Minister Pavlo Klimkin announced this on Twitter, Ukrainian News reports.

"EUR 45 million for supporting Ukrainian reforms - the Council of Europe’s action plan for Ukraine is the largest in history," Klimkin wrote.

The Minister stressed that Ukraine will continue to cooperate actively with the Council of Europe on implementation of reform and strengthening of the rule of law and human rights in Europe.

As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Klimkin, Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko, and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau’s Director Artem Sytnik are in Strasbourg (France) on Monday to participate in the Day of Ukrainian Reforms at the Council of Europe.
