Military Ombudsman Olha Reshetylova (Kobylynska) bought a VOLKSWAGEN crossover during the war, and her husband first bought a van, then a Tesla and became a hryvnia millionaire.
This is evidenced by the data of the military ombudsman's electronic declaration, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
During the war, the ombudsman's husband acquired a dacha and a residential building near Kyiv.
In 2023, he bought an OPEL MOVANO van, 2018, worth over UAH 500,000, and last year he purchased a TESLA MODEL S car, 2014, for UAH 700,000.
At the same time, Reshetylova bought a VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN, 2015, in 2024.
Last year, Reshetylova earned UAH 70,000 in salary from work in a public organization, 167,000 from entrepreneurial activity, and UAH 350,000 from the State Administration of Affairs and the Office of the Military Ombudsman.
Her husband received UAH 530,000 in salary while in military service, and UAH 20,000 from entrepreneurial activity.
In addition, last year, Reshetylova’s husband indicated that he kept USD 27,000 in cash, which today is UAH 1.2 million in equivalent. Reshetylova herself keeps UAH 135,000 in cash, UAH 40,000 and USD 100 in bank accounts.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Cabinet of Ministers reduced the funding of the Military Ombudsman by UAH 23 million to support the activities of President Zelensky and the President's Office.
