Yevhen Khmara, Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykhailo Drapatyi, and Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa, together with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, have determined a course of action in response to russia’s terror against Ukraine. The head of state announced this on his Facebook page on Friday, July 24.

Zelenskyy noted that the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine briefed him on the overall situation at the front, and they also discussed in detail the areas and tasks requiring the most attention and immediate decisions.

“In particular, we determined our course of action in response to Russian strikes on our country’s infrastructure—specifically, in response to Russian terror against our cities and communities in border and frontline regions, Kyiv and its region, the Odesa Region, and our maritime corridor. At all levels—the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, and other government agencies, as well as intelligence and special services—there is a clear list of measures,” the President emphasized.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the morning of July 24, the russians dropped two aerial bombs on Sloviansk in the Donetsk Region. Five people are known to have been killed and nine wounded.
