Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has officially confirmed a successful attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the "Aviatek" military plant in Kirov, russia, as well as on a russian oil facility. It was reported on the President’s page.
According to the head of state, the facility in Kirov supplies components for the occupiers’ aircraft and missile systems, which they use to strike Ukrainian cities.
“Thank you to our soldiers for their precision! Our response was absolutely justified,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.
In addition, the President reported that Ukraine’s “long-range strikes” reached a distance of nearly 1,350 kilometers and hit one of russia’s oil facilities.
“There were other strikes as well. It is important that the operation is continuing against Russian logistics networks that supply the occupying army with drone components, navigation equipment, and gear,” the head of state added, expressing his gratitude to the army units, intelligence services, and the Security Service of Ukraine.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, large-scale fires broke out at Wildberries facilities near St. Petersburg following a drone attack.
Explosions were heard in the occupied Crimea, and the Wildberries hub in Simferopol was hit.
