Russian terrorist forces carried out an airstrike on an industrial facility in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk Region, killing three people. The number of casualties has risen to 28. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Hanzha, reported this on Thursday, July 23.
Hanzha noted that there are currently 28 known casualties and three fatalities as a result of the airstrikes on the industrial facility in Pavlohrad. According to him, a 2-year-old girl was among those injured in the enemy attack. Medical personnel are currently fighting to save the lives of three victims who are in intensive care.
"The Russians also struck Kherson with aerial bombs. Apartment buildings and ordinary residential homes, the regional children’s clinical hospital, and educational institutions were damaged. There are people who have been wounded. There were also Russian strikes on critical infrastructure in the Sumy and Kharkiv Regions. They fired missiles at the Odesa Region,” Zelenskyy emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 23, russian shelling of civilian energy infrastructure caused new power outages in the Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv Regions.
