As a result of attacks by the aggressor country, russia, 18 people were wounded in Zaporizhzhia, and 14 people are known to have been wounded in Sloviansk, Donetsk Region. Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, and Vadym Liakh, the head of the Sloviansk City Military Administration, reported this on Telegram on Thursday, July 23.

Fedorov noted that at the end of the workday, russian occupiers dropped five guided bombs on residential neighborhoods in Zaporizhzhia—knowing full well that civilians would be harmed. The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided support to 20 people, including five children. A medical center building, nearby parked cars, and a five-story residential building were damaged.

Liakh reported that at 3:40 p.m., the enemy carried out an airstrike on Sloviansk, hitting an area with high-rise buildings. At least seven high-rise buildings were damaged.

“As of 7:00 p.m., 14 people are known to have been wounded as a result of today’s airstrike on Sloviansk. All are receiving medical care,” the head of the Regional Military Administration said.
