The Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) will put up for sale 35 land plots in the Kyiv Region from the balance of RVw Bank as part of the liquidation procedures.
This is stated in the fund's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Information about the first land lot of RwS Bank has already been entered into the Prozorro.Sales system.
The auction will be held on August 3 according to the English model.
Lot No. G23N028294 includes a land plot with a total area of 0.25 hectares, in the village of Makiivka, Bilotserkivskyi district, Kyiv region.
The intended purpose of the plot is for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, outbuildings and structures (homestead plot).
All information about the asset (cadastral number, exact address, information about possible encumbrances, etc.) is in the public passport and in the virtual data room.
The starting price of the plot is UAH 291,000.
In total, 35 land plots with a total area of almost 35 hectares for agricultural purposes and for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, located in the Kyiv region, are being prepared for sale. Most of the auctions are planned to be held in the fall.
Among the upcoming lots:
- 20 land plots in the Brovary district with a total area of 4.3 hectares;
- 9 plots in the Makariv district with an area of 15.7 hectares;
- 4 plots in the Vyshhorod district with an area of 13.6 hectares;
- 2 plots in the Bila Tserkva district with a total area of 1.1 hectares.
The funds received from the sale of assets will be used to settle accounts with the bank's creditors.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on November 4, 2025, the National Bank adopted a decision to classify RVS BANK JSC as insolvent.
On November 5, the Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced a temporary administration in JSC "RwS BANK".
On December 17, 2025, in accordance with the plan for the settlement of the insolvent JSC "RwS BANK", the Deposit Guarantee Fund created and registered PrJSC "Transitional Bank "YUTE BANK", to which part of the assets and liabilities to depositors - individuals were transferred.
On December 24, 2025, PrJSC "Transitional Bank "YUTE BANK" received a banking license for the right to carry out banking activities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
