The Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) conducted a successful special operation, destroying a strategic bomber Tu-95 at the Engels military airfield in the Saratov Oblast of the aggressor country, the russian federation. This aircraft was systematically used by the occupiers to launch massive missile strikes on Ukraine. This is stated in the SSU message.

As noted, the long-range drones covered about 800 kilometers to the target.

According to preliminary data, the aircraft suffered critical damage - its tail section was completely torn off.

"Each liquidated strategic bomber is dozens of unlaunched missiles over Ukrainian cities, saved Ukrainian lives and tens of millions of dollars in irretrievable losses for the enemy. Russian strategic aviation can no longer feel safe even at its most remote military airfields," the special service emphasized.
