Russians launch attack on Odesa, damaging infrastructure facility

On July 15, an infrastructure facility in Odesa was damaged as a result of a russian airstrike.

Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, reported this on the evening of July 15.

“The enemy has once again attacked Odesa. An infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of the shelling,” the statement reads.

It is noted that no information regarding casualties has been received, and the consequences of the enemy strike are being assessed. All relevant services are working at the scene.

Later, Kiper urged residents of the Odesa Region to take air raid alerts “as seriously as possible, since, according to available information, enemy Tu-22 aircraft were in the air on the evening of July 15.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the evening of July 15, russian troops carried out airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia. The enemy attacked critical infrastructure as well as residential buildings. There are reports of fatalities and injuries.

Earlier, russian troops used a drone to attack a vehicle carrying power utility workers in the Kharkiv Region; three employees were injured.
