On the morning of Wednesday, July 15, troops from the aggressor country, the russian federation, attacked a gas station in the Malyn community. There are casualties. Vitalii Bunechko, the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, has reported this on his Telegram channel.

“The enemy continues to terrorize the northern districts of the region. This morning, one of the gas stations in the Malyn community came under attack. So far, two people are known to have been injured; they are receiving medical care at the hospital, he wrote.

The head of the Regional Military Administration noted that rescue workers and emergency responders are on the scene.

"We urge citizens to follow safety guidelines during air raid alerts, especially when at gas stations. Take care of yourselves and your loved ones," Bunechko added.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Serhii “Flash” Beskrestnov, an advisor to the Minister of Defense, explained why, during russian ballistic missile attacks, the air raid siren sometimes sounds late or, conversely, is sounded without an actual missile launch.
