Oschadbank has transferred UAH 4.8 billion in dividends to the state budget based on its 2025 results.
The bank has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In 2025, Oschadbank set a historic record, posting UAH 16.0 billion in net profit—more than double the previous year’s financial result.
Oschadbank has already transferred a total of UAH 10.5 billion to the state treasury in the first half of 2026 (dividends plus other taxes and fees).
As of June 30, 2026, the bank’s assets totaled UAH 494.7 billion, its loan portfolio stood at UAH 136.8 billion, and customer funds amounted to UAH 426 billion (of which UAH 247.6 billion were funds from individuals).
In the first half of 2026, the bank reported a net profit of UAH 3.4 billion.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 100% of the shares of PJSC "Oschadbank" are state-owned.
