Zelenskyy arrives in France to present anti-ballistic program to partners

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in France to present the Ukrainian anti-ballistic program to partners.

Zelenskyy announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"France. Today, important negotiations will be held here, which can open up significantly more opportunities for Ukraine to strengthen its defense. The main priority is anti-ballistics. We will present our Anti-Ballistic Program to our partners and, for the first time, we will hold a meeting at the level of leaders, national security advisers and defense companies of countries that can make concrete contributions to building a new anti-ballistic system," he said.

Zelenskyy will also meet with French President Emmanuel Macron and take part in a meeting of the Coalition of the Willing.

"We will work to give new dynamics to this format," he noted.

Zelenskyy also said that in France, the First Lady is scheduled to meet with the new Director-General of UNESCO, during which they will discuss the further development of the strategic partnership and the expansion of cooperation between Ukraine and the Organization within the framework of UNESCO's mandate.

The President also announced that the Ukrainian military will take part in the parade on the occasion of the national holiday of France - Bastille Day.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in June, Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov confirmed that Ukraine is working on creating its own ballistic missile that will be able to strike at the territory of russia.
