Ukraine received USD 3.35 billion, which will be used to support macro-financial stability and finance key areas of the state budget. Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko announced this on Facebook on Friday, July 10.

Svyrydenko noted that the funds were received as a result of agreements signed by Ukraine and the World Bank on June 24 on the sidelines of the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026). According to her, for this, Ukraine has carried out large-scale reforms, in particular, the Government and the Verkhovna Rada adopted 13 laws and 7 subordinate regulatory legal acts.

"The State Budget received USD 3.35 billion within the framework of the First Program for the Development of Jobs and Growth of the Private Sector, which is being implemented jointly with the World Bank... The funds will be directed to support macro-financial stability and financing priority expenditures of the state budget under martial law," the Prime Minister said.

At the next stage, Ukraine will receive another USD 1 billion by the end of 2026 after fulfilling certain conditions.
