Main points
  • Over the past four days, Ukrainian drones have hit 35 russian ships in the Sea of Azov.
  • The operation was coordinated by the Deep Strike Center and was accompanied by a raid on the enemy's military infrastructure in Crimea.
  • Among the targets hit were the Saky CHPP, three fuel and lubricants bases, and a radio-electronic jamming station.

Soldiers of the Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) continue a large-scale campaign to "de-tank" and eliminate the russian "shadow fleet". Over the past four days alone, Ukrainian drones have hit 35 russian tankers, dry cargo ships, and special vessels in the Sea of Azov, significantly undermining the aggressor's ability to circumvent Western sanctions. This was reported by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces Robert "Magyar" Brovdi.

Another powerful attack took place on the night of July 9, when the USF pilots eliminated 14 russian ships. According to the commander, the operation was coordinated by the newly created Deep Strike Center.

"The "shadow fleet" of worms is thinning: 35 tankers, dry cargo ships and special vessels were hit within 96 hours. All tankers have been identified, are part of the "shadow fleet" and are under international sanctions," Robert Brovdi emphasized.

  • Robert "Magyar" Brovdi published a detailed list of enemy ships that were hit during July 6–9:
  • July 6 (2 tankers): "Kapitan Barmin", "Sanar-3" (Primemax type).
  • July 7 (10 vessels): tankers "Venera-3", "Sanar-1", "Sanar-17", "Klymena", "Teti", "Alexei Savrasov", "Penelope", "Ivan Cheremisynov", as well as the ferry "SKS One" (Kerch) and one dry cargo ship (data is being clarified).
  • July 8 (9 vessels): tankers "Efrosinya V", "Maria", "Sanar-4", dry cargo ships "Donstar", "Vladimir Yarygin", "Feofan Shokhirev", "Evgeniya Z", as well as repeated hits on the tankers "Sanar-17" and "Klymena".
  • July 9 (14 vessels): russian-flagged tankers Chelsea-6, Aura, Sonar-1, Ilya Repin, Venera-3 (again), Penelope (again), Panamanian-flagged tanker Haliaskar Kamal, tug Alfeo (with barge Aphrodite), vessel Mercury, and 5 more vessels whose metrics are currently being determined.

In addition to destroying the fleet in the Sea of Azov, on the night of July 9, the Forces of Unmanned Systems carried out a massive raid on the enemy's military infrastructure in Crimea and the southern part of the TOT. In total, 45 military targets were hit in one night. Among them were the Saky CHPP, three fuel and lubricants bases, the Zhitel radio-electronic jamming station, communication towers, and occupiers' fuel tankers.

As a reminder, it was previously reported that on the morning of July 8, the Sea Baby sea drone of the Security Service of Ukraine hit the tanker "Blue", which is part of the "shadow fleet" of the russian federation. Sea Baby struck the stern of the tanker, as a result of which the latter suffered significant damage. Enemy aircraft tried to work against the SSU sea drone, but to no avail.
