Tomorrow, July 3, Kyiv has declared a Day of Mourning in memory of the victims of the most massive enemy attack on the capital. Mayor Vitali Klitschko announced this on his Telegram channel.
"On this day, flags will be lowered on all municipal buildings in the city. It is also recommended to lower the state flags on buildings of state and private ownership," he wrote.
Any entertainment events are also banned in the city on July 3.
Search and rescue operations in a damaged building in the Darnytskyi district of the capital are continuing. People are still being searched for under the rubble there. At the moment, 13 deaths are known in Kyiv.
As a reminder, russia struck an ambulance substation in Kyiv: among the injured are medics, one of whom is in serious condition.
