In June of this year, the National Bank's net sale of currency amounted to USD 5.087 billion, which is 60% more than the volume of net sales in May (USD 3.185 billion) and is the largest volume since December 2024.
This is evidenced by data from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In June, the NBU did not buy currency, while it sold USD 5.087 billion.

For comparison: in May of this year, the National Bank's net sale of currency amounted to USD 3.185 billion, which is 11% less than the volume of net sales in April (USD 3.586 billion).
In April of this year, the National Bank's net sale of currency amounted to USD 3.586 billion, which is 25% less than the net sale in March (USD 4.767 billion).
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2025, the National Bank sold USD 36.1 billion to support the hryvnia exchange rate.
In 2024, the National Bank sold USD 35.1 billion in currency.
