Russia, the aggressor nation, is facing a fuel shortage in most regions following Ukrainian strikes on its oil infrastructure. Gasoline sales are subject to restrictions in a number of regions.

It was reported by Reuters.

Fuel shortages have been reported in southern russia, in parts of Siberia, and throughout the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. Formal sales restrictions have not been imposed only in moscow and certain remote regions.

Even in moscow, some gas stations have stopped operating, and lines are forming at those that remain open. In the occupied Crimea, the local administration has suspended gasoline sales to the public, reduced public transportation hours, and adjusted the operating schedules of public institutions.

In Sevastopol, limited fuel sales have been implemented. While waiting in line, drivers purchased gasoline at 189 rubles per liter, which is approximately three times the previous price.

Earlier, kremlin leader vladimir putin acknowledged the existence of lines at gas stations and the uneven availability of certain brands of gasoline. He also stated the need to mitigate the impact of strikes on fuel infrastructure and suggested the possibility of banning diesel fuel exports.
