The Ukrainian delegation to the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026), which will be held in Gdańsk (Poland) on June 25-26, will be led by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

Svyrydenko announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"I will lead the Ukrainian delegation and our work at URC-2026 in Gdańsk in general. The Ukrainian team at the Conference will include representatives of Ukrainian business, heads of state-owned companies, representatives of our communities from across the country, and of course government officials and parliamentarians. There will be many events at various levels that should strengthen both Ukraine and Poland, all our partners and Europe," she said.

Svyrydenko noted that the Ukrainian team faces the task of reaching specific agreements that will work on Ukraine's defense capability and resilience and expand economic cooperation with partners.

According to her, a number of important agreements with international partners are expected to be signed, in particular on strengthening the Ukrainian energy sector.

Svyrydenko noted that Ukraine is committed to a constructive and mutually beneficial partnership in the interests of common European security, economic development and long-term prosperity.

She added that Ukraine respects its partners, and it is on the principle of mutual respect that it builds cooperation.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the previously planned Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine in Gdansk, Poland, will take place against the backdrop of aggravation of relations between Ukraine and Poland, after on the eve of the conference, on June 19, Polish President Karol Nawrocki announced the deprivation of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle, which he had previously been awarded by former Polish President Andrzej Duda.

It was previously expected that Zelenskyy would come to Poland to participate in the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine.
