The lid of the Moscow refinery tank was blown off due to a hit by an air defense missile from an aggressor country - this is evidenced by an analysis of a video posted on social networks.
This was reported by the russian DW service, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"The video shows a drone flying towards the Moscow refinery, and then a missile is fired at it, which misses and, leaving a characteristic inversion trail, hits the tank directly," the report says.
The shot was presumably fired from the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and gun complex, approximately from the northeast, notes OSINT analyst ASTRA.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, residents of the Moscow region reported "oil rain" after the drone attack on the Moscow refinery.
