Group DF has stated that false information regarding Dmytro Firtash and the Group’s companies has been circulating in certain media outlets and on Telegram channels. The company emphasized that the latest publications contain manipulative data, doctored photographs, and numerous assumptions presented as facts.
“We view this campaign as yet another attempt to discredit Group DF companies and destabilize the Ukrainian chemical industry,” the statement reads.
Group DF also stated that the entities behind the dissemination of such materials are those that owe debts to Group DF companies and are involved in legal disputes with them.
“Dmytro Firtash is a citizen of Ukraine, and Group DF companies continue to operate in Ukraine, pay taxes, invest in production, support local communities, and assist the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” the Group emphasized in its public statement.
Separately, the company highlighted the role of Group DF’s nitrogen enterprises in supplying farmers with mineral fertilizers during the full-scale war.
"Group DF’s nitrogen businesses were able to maintain and restore stable production of mineral fertilizers during the most difficult period of the war. This was one of the key factors in supplying Ukrainian farmers with domestically produced fertilizers and maintaining the country’s food security,” the company noted.
Group DF urged the media not to spread unverified information and to rely solely on verified facts.
