As a result of russian strikes on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia Region beginning on the evening of June 16, one person was killed and 14 others were injured.
Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, has reported this.
During the nighttime attack, the Zaporizhzhia National University sustained damage. A fire also broke out in one of the shopping centers.
In Zaporizhzhia, nine residential and non-residential buildings were damaged in the Oleksandrivskyi and Kosmichnyi districts. Among them were five apartment buildings and four private homes.
In total, 14 people were injured in the Zaporizhzhia Region over the past day.
According to regional authorities, russian forces carried out 931 strikes on 50 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia Region over the past day, including 28 airstrikes.
