The Special Operations Forces, in cooperation with the insurgent movement in the russian federation, struck the Palkino oil pumping station (OPS) located in russia's Yaroslavl Oblast. It was reported by the Special Operations Forces press center.

Thanks to the joint efforts of Ukrainian operators and representatives of the resistance, key elements of the enemy’s oil transportation infrastructure were successfully disabled. This strike was the second joint operation in a week—earlier, on June 12, the Taneco oil refinery in Tatarstan was attacked.

The targeted Palkino station is a critical link in the Surgut–Polotsk main oil pipeline, which transports crude oil from Siberia to russian refineries and export terminals. Following the launch of the Baltic Pipeline System, the facility became part of Transneft — Baltika, becoming a key element of the logistics chain that facilitates the export of russian raw materials through the port of Primorsk in the Leningrad Oblast.

The Special Operations Forces command emphasized that the destruction of such facilities directly reduces russia’s capacity to export energy resources and significantly cuts the financial revenues that the kremlin directs toward waging war against Ukraine.
