On the night of June 12, drones attacked occupied Crimea, as well as Tatarstan and the Samara Oblast in russia, after explosions at energy and chemical infrastructure facilities, fires broke out.

This is announced by monitoring channels and local publics, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

In particular, in Simferopol, after a massive UAV attack, a fire broke out near the local combined het and power plant.

Power outages were also reported in the city.

In addition, residents of the Nyzhniohirskyi and Chervonohvardiyskyi districts of the peninsula reported about the operation of air defense systems and explosions.

According to the public, there was also unrest near the Saky military airfield.

At the same time, the Tolyatti industrial zone of the Samara Oblast of the russian federation came under attack.

After a series of explosions, a fire broke out on the territory of the Tolyattikauchuk chemical plant, thick black smoke rose above the enterprise.

The plant is considered a strategically important enterprise, as it produces synthetic rubber, products for the rubber industry and high-octane fuel additives that can be used in military equipment.

It was also reported about the attack of drones on the enterprise Nizhnekamskneftekhim in Tatarstan.

The plant specializes in the production of synthetic rubbers and plastics and produces more than 120 types of products.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Volodymyr Saldo, head of the occupation administration of the Kherson Region, stated that on the night of June 11, the Ukrainian military attacked four road bridges across the North Crimean Canal at once.
