Finance Ministry places government bonds for UAH 8.5 billion

UAH 8.45 billion were attracted to the state budget during today's auction for placing government domestic loan bonds (OVDP).

This is announced in the statement of the Ministry of Finance, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

1-year hryvnia bonds with a rate of 15.15% per annum provided revenues of UAH 1.379 billion.

2-year hryvnia bonds with a yield of 15.83% per annum (weighted average 15.81%) attracted UAH 2.037 billion to the budget.

3.8-year hryvnia bonds with a yield of 12.90% per annum (weighted average 12.84%) attracted UAH 5.036 billion to the budget.

Since the beginning of 2026, the state has already attracted over UAH 163.9 billion, and since the start of the full-scale war - over UAH 2.2 trillion. All funds from the placement of military bonds are directed to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and strengthen the financial stability of the state.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, auctions for the placement of government bonds are held every Tuesday.

The face value of one bond is UAH 1,000, USD 1,000, or EUR 1,000.
