Occupiers block Crimean Bridge amid claims of drone attack on Sevastopol

On the night of June 4, the russian occupation authorities temporarily suspended traffic on the Crimean Bridge. Before that, Sevastopol announced a drone attack and the operation of air defense systems.

This was reported by the Telegram channel "Krymsky Bridge: operational information" and the so-called governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev.

Around 02:30 am, the occupiers announced a temporary closure of traffic on the Crimean Bridge.

"Those who are on the bridge and in the inspection zone are asked to remain calm and follow the instructions of transport security officers," the message says.

Shortly before this, the gauleiter of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev announced the drone attack and the work of russian air defense.

"In Sevastopol, the military continues to repel the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, air defense and mobile fire groups are working," he wrote.

According to Razvozhaev, more than 20 drones were allegedly shot down over the city in the areas of the Northern Side, Streletska Bay and Inkerman.

Currently, there is no independent confirmation of the information about the consequences of the attack. The russian side has not officially specified the reason for the closure of traffic on the Crimean Bridge.
