263 combat clashes take place on front on Tuesday, largest number on Huliaipole axis

On June 2, a total of 263 combat clashes took place on the front, with the enemy attacking the most on the Huliaipole (44 attacks) and Pokrovsk (40) axes.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on its Facebook page, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

Over the past day, the enemy launched one missile strike using 73 missiles and carried out 80 air strikes, dropping 252 guided bombs.

In addition, the enemy used 9,735 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,156 attacks on settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops, including 55 from multiple launch rocket systems.

On June 2, 263 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded on the front.

Thus, one combat clash took place on the North-Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk axes.

On the South-Slobozhanshchyna axis, the russians attacked the positions of Ukrainian units four times in the area of ​​the settlement of Starytsia and towards the settlements of Izbytske and Vilcha.

On the Kupiansk axis, the Ukrainian defenders stopped five attempts by the enemy to advance towards the settlements of Kupiansk, Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, and Kurylivka.

On the Lyman axis, the invaders tried to wedge into the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine 14 times towards the settlements of Drobysheve, Dibrova, Lyman, and in the areas of the settlements of Zarichne and Yampil.

On the Sloviansk axis, the enemy stormed 20 times in the areas of Zakitne, Riznykivka, and towards the settlements of Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka.

On the Kramatorsk axis, the enemy did not conduct offensive operations.

On the Kostiantynivka axis, the invaders carried out 12 attacks near the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Pleshchiivka, Stepanivka and towards Novopavlivka.

On the Pokrovsk axis, the Ukrainian defenders stopped 40 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Rodynske, Vasylivka, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Udachne and towards the settlements of Stepy, Ivanivka, Serhiivka, Shevchenko, Dorozhnie.

On the Oleksandrivka axis, the russians attacked seven times in the areas of Vorone, Ternove and towards Kalynivske.

On the Huliaipole axis, the invaders carried out 44 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Dobropillia, Zlahoda, Zaliznychne, Olenokostiantynivka, Pryluky and towards Vozdvyzhivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Tsvitkove, and Hirke.

On the Orikhiv axis, Ukrainian defenders stopped three attempts by the invaders to advance in the area of ​​the settlement of Shcherbaky.

On the Dnieper axis, Ukrainian defenders successfully stopped two attacks in the direction of the Antonivskyi Bridge.

Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck two areas of concentration of enemy manpower, two control points, four artillery systems and five drone control points.

In total, the losses of the russian occupiers on June 2 amounted to 1,130 people.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 31, 276 combat clashes took place at the front, the largest number of which was on the Pokrovsk (49 clashes) and Huliaipole (43) axes.
