On June 1 and on the night of June 2, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine struck a number of important facilities of the russian occupiers.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced this on its Facebook page, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In particular, the Ilsky oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai of the aggressor country, the russian federation, was hit.
The target was hit with a subsequent fire on the territory of the plant, the extent of the damage is being clarified.
According to the General Staff, the Ilsky refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the south of the russian federation. Its processing capacity is about 6.6 million tons of oil per year. The plant produces petroleum products that are used, in particular, to supply the Armed Forces of the russian federation.
The Defense Forces also hit the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun complex (Vydne, TOT AR Crimea).
In addition, the enemy unit's UAV depot (Shakhtarske, Donetsk Region) was hit, as well as the occupiers' UAV control points in the areas of Ustinka, Belgorod Oblast, Luhove, Zaporizhzhia Region, and Hola Prystan in the Kherson Region.
Among other things, on the night of June 1, an occupier ship was hit in the basing area (Mizhvodne, TOT AR Crimea).
According to preliminary information, this ship is demagnetized, the results of the hit are being clarified.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, during May 28 and on the night of May 29, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit a number of important objects of the russian occupiers, including the Volgograd oil refinery, the Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station, the Tor-M2 air defense system, the MTZ depot, and UAV control points.
