On the morning of May 25, the russian army launched a massive strike on Kramatorsk in the Donetsk Region, dropping five FAB-250 guided aerial bombs on the city. The strike hit areas with high-rise residential buildings and civilian infrastructure. It was reported by the press service of Nova Poshta.

As a result of the attack, 14 high-rise buildings, an educational institution, administrative buildings, and the building housing Nova Poshta’s 11th branch were damaged.

According to preliminary data, three people were injured—two women and one man. State Emergency Service units, police, and municipal emergency crews are working at the sites of the strikes to address the aftermath of the shelling.

A massive fire broke out after a bomb struck the building housing the 11th branch of Nova Poshta. The company’s press service reported that none of the employees were injured. Specialists are currently assessing the extent of the damage and checking the condition of the cargo after the fire was extinguished.

Customers are promised compensation for lost or damaged shipments and will be individually informed about the status of each package. To minimize delivery delays, logistics routes in the region have already been partially reorganized. The status of shipments can be tracked online and via the mobile app.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in mid-December 2025, Nova Poshta announced the closure of its last branch in Sviatohorsk, Donetsk Region.

In mid-February 2026, JSC Ukrposhta announced the closure of branches in the settlements of Orikhiv and Preobrazhenka in the Polohy community of the Zaporizhzhia Region due to the security situation.
