US President Donald Trump has given Iran a few days to finalize the framework agreement between Washington and Tehran. According to US media reports, the document is already about 95% complete.

According to an unnamed US official, the parties have not yet concluded negotiations, but have made significant progress.
"We are not going to roll over. We are not there yet on a deal. We are not going to sign a deal today or tomorrow," the US representative stated.
He also added that Trump has effectively given Iran another “5, 6, or 7 days” to complete the negotiation process.
According to the source, Tehran has, in principle, agreed to the framework terms of the document.
"In principle to the framework, and we are 95% there," the official noted.
In the negotiations, he said, the principle of “No Dust, No Dollars” applies. This likely refers to US demands regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
The parties have also reportedly already reached preliminary agreements regarding control over the nuclear arsenal and the situation in the Strait of Hormuz.
"We have the opportunity to make a deal that will lower costs for Americans while ensuring the Iranians do not get a nuclear weapon," the source said.
At the same time, Washington emphasized that the US will not agree to an unfavorable deal. If the negotiations fail, the American side does not rule out a return to hostilities.
As a reminder, Washington is preparing to resume military strikes against Iran.
