The Telegram channel "Exilenova+" published a post containing photos taken by residents of Snizhne following the strikes by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The photos show that fires broke out in several parts of the city after the attack. One of the photos shows a fire on the territory of a mine.

Meanwhile, the Telegram channel "Mariupol.Sprotyv" reported, citing its own sources, that as a result of the strike on Snizhne, the occupiers lost 12 people killed. Another 15 occupiers were wounded and injured.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on May 18, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty published a satellite image of an oil terminal in the moscow oblast that was attacked on the night of May 16–17. The image shows that four storage tanks were completely destroyed by the fire.
