Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have reduced the strength of the russian occupation army by 1,230 invaders. Russia’s total combat casualties now stand at 1,347,620 personnel.
Hundreds of enemy vehicles and weapons were also destroyed.
Updated data on russian losses were released by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
In the morning report dated May 16, the General Staff stated that the previous day, Ukrainian troops destroyed two tanks (11,937), five armored combat vehicles (24,574), 48 artillery systems (42,133), two air defense systems (1,381), one aircraft (436), 1,865 tactical-level UAVs (293,323), and nine ground-based robotic systems (1,397).
Additionally, 253 vehicles and tankers (96,793) and seven pieces of specialized equipment (4,191) were destroyed.
In total, russia lost 2,192 units of weapons and equipment over the past day, including drones.
In total, since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, russia has also lost 1,788 MLRS systems, 352 helicopters, 33 ships/boats, two submarines, and 4,626 cruise missiles.
