In the city of Engels, Saratov Oblast of the aggressor country of russia, there was an accident at the collector, as a result of which feces are flowing through the streets. Also, since May 4, a state of emergency has been declared in the city. This was reported by local Telegram channels.
The accident at the collector in Engels occurred on April 30, but today its scale has only expanded. In particular, feces are flowing in rivers in the city, cold water shutdowns have become constant, and townspeople are asked to stop using the toilets altogether, because utility workers "do not have time to pump out waste." However, the authorities promise to repair communications every day.
"Accident at the collector in Engels: sewage flooded houses, yards and sports grounds. For the sixth day now, city residents have been suffering from the consequences of a municipal accident on Mendeleeva Street. Sewage drains are flooding yards, sports grounds, areas near schools and kindergartens, and in some houses, water is already entering apartments," the local channel reported as of May 5.
In addition, residents are actively buying up all the water in stores and complaining that there is not enough of it at all.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in Engels, Saratov Oblast, the aggressor country of russia, a fire at an aviation fuel storage base lasted for more than 12 hours after an attack by Ukrainian drones.
