The military of the aggressor country, russia, is facing a shortage of spare parts for repairing artillery. It was reported by the ATESH partisan movement.

An ATESH agent from the 227th Artillery Brigade in the Kherson sector reported frequent instances of artillery pieces breaking down right in the middle of combat. The cause is severe wear and tear on the equipment combined with a chronic shortage of spare parts. Repairs in the field become impossible: the gun breaks down, and there is nothing to replace it with.

It is noted that the barrels burn out before their expected lifespan, and the mechanisms fail after exceeding the standard number of shots. Repair crews work without the necessary components — instead of scheduled part replacements, they patch holes with whatever materials are at hand, which only accelerates further equipment breakdowns.

"They tell us: hang in there. But there’s nothing to hang on to — the barrels are burning out, there are no spare parts, and the command pretends that everything is under control," the partisan agent reported.

ATESH notes that as a result, fire support for the infantry has become a rare occurrence, which directly affects casualties.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, ATESH agents carried out a sabotage operation in the Voronezh Oblast of the aggressor state of russia, dealing a direct blow to the logistics of the troop grouping on the Kharkiv axis.
