Suspect in the murder of Lviv Polytechnic professor Iryna Farion, Vyacheslav Zinchenko, has changed his lawyer.
This was announced by his new lawyer Larysa Kryvoruchko, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"We entered into a trial on the accusation of Vyacheslav Zinchenko in the murder of Farion - lawyer Kryvoruchko Larysa Serhiivna sent a number of motions, objections, and legal positions to the court before the start of the court session - and the court was immediately mined," Zinchenko's new lawyer wrote.
She also stated that she had sent the court many different motions and stated many violations in Zinchenko's defense.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, Vyacheslav Zinchenko, who is accused of the murder of professor Iryna Farion, had been preparing for the crime since 2023. In the Lviv court, judges analyzed the video of the last day of the life of Lviv Polytechnic professor Iryna Farion. Shortly before the murder of Farion, the suspect was looking for a place to get a temporary tattoo on his face. Farion's daughter accused the suspect in her mother's murder of delaying the case in court. Sofia Osoba also said that the Lviv court held the shortest hearing in the entire time of the trial of the professor's murder, which lasted 8 minutes.
