Iran attacked facilities in UAE: large-scale fire broke out at oil infrastructure

The United Arab Emirates authorities announced a missile and drone attack from Iran, which resulted in a large fire at one of the oil facilities. This was reported by CNN with reference to official statements.

According to the Emirati side, air defense systems intercepted 19 missiles and drones. Despite this, one of the drones hit the oil production area in the city of Fujairah, causing a large-scale fire.

Three Indian citizens were injured as a result of the attack - they received moderate injuries.

The UAE stressed that the country remains an ally of the United States and continues to strengthen its defenses amid the aggravation of the situation in the region.
