Ukrainian defense forces struck a russian tactical group consisting of Iskander mobile short-range ballistic missile systems and a Podlet radar station.
On the night of May 2, as part of efforts to reduce the russian aggressor’s offensive capabilities, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a number of enemy military targets.
It was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"In particular, the location of the Iskander tactical missile system group (Druzhne, temporarily occupied territory of Crimea) was struck. Enemy radar assets in the temporarily occupied Crimea were also struck, specifically: the "MYS-M1" (Mayak) coastal radar station and the "Podlet" (Yevpatoria) radar station," the statement on the Telegram channel reads.
In addition, three enemy UAV command posts and a UAV depot in the occupied territory of the Donetsk Region were struck.
Ukrainian troops also struck an enemy repair unit in the Kadiivka area of the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk Region and an ammunition depot in the Ivanivka area of the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson Region.
Based on the results of previous strikes, the destruction of an ammunition depot on April 29, 2026, at the "Kacha" airfield in occupied Crimea has been confirmed.
"The Ukrainian Defense Forces will continue to systematically strike key enemy targets until the russian federation’s armed aggression against Ukraine is completely halted," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine concluded.
