In March 2026, the average salary of Ukrainians increased by 7.2% compared to February to UAH 30,356 per month.
This was announced by the State Statistics Service, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The highest level of wages was registered in Kyiv - UAH 49,381 and in the Kyiv Region - UAH 29,997.
The lowest level of wages was registered in the Kirovohrad Region - UAH 21,375 and in the Chernivtsi Region - UAH 21,453.
Wages by type of economic activity:
the highest - information and telecommunications: UAH 85,673;
the lowest - education: UAH 19,394.
The arrears of wages as of April 1, 2026 are UAH 3.6 billion.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in February 2026, the average wage of Ukrainians increased by 1.2% compared to January to UAH 28,321 per month.
