Terrorist and international criminal Igor Girkin (Strelkov) stated that russia, the aggressor nation, is no longer respected or feared due to its "brilliant" leadership, which is bringing the russian federation closer to military defeat. Girkin’s message was published on his Telegram channel by his wife, Miroslava Reginskaya.
Girkin commented on the European Union’s decision to grant a EUR 90 billion loan to Ukraine, which became possible after the defeat of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s party in Hungary. According to him, this happened because no one in Europe respects or fears russia anymore.
"In order to truly hope for support from certain European countries, for divisions within the enemy camp, for the governments of Hungary and Slovakia to be our friends <...> we must be strong, bold, and resolute. We need to be, if not respected, then at least feared. But no one has respected us for a long time, and no one fears us in the slightest," Girkin stated.
As an example, he cited a recent incident in which the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the russian ambassador to demand an explanation for the russian Ministry of Defense’s publication of the addresses of European factories where drones and their components are allegedly being produced for Ukraine.
"In other words, we must unquestioningly accept strikes from weapons manufactured by the Czechs, and under no circumstances even consider or hint at the possibility of retaliating against these factories," the terrorist believes.
Girkin complains that russia will continue to “supply Europe with gas,” while Europe will continue to supply Ukraine with ammunition and drones that will strike targets on russian territory.
"At the same time, Europe will receive our gas at a reasonable price, cheaper than American gas. And it will be able to produce far more drones and shells for Ukraine at this cost," Girkin emphasized.
He noted that the russian leadership is to blame for what is happening, since it allows itself to be treated this way. And so they and all the country’s residents “will continue to suffer,” trying to carry out a “special military operation” (as russian propaganda calls the full-scale war against Ukraine), which, in Girkin’s view, has clearly reached a dead end. He also attributes this to the “brilliant” political and military leadership of the russian federation, which has squandered every opportunity to achieve victory over the past four years.
"Unfortunately, we are heading toward military defeat. That is a fact. Let’s not just accept this, but let’s at least acknowledge this unpleasant fact and proceed on the basis that the threat is real," Girkin concluded.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, yesterday, April 26, former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Ukrainian Ambassador to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi urged people not to believe predictions about the end of the war and to plan Ukraine’s future independently.
