The PlayCity state agency revoked the license of Cosmolot online casino (SpaceX LLC) due to the use of p2p payments.
This was stated in the agency's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Financial sanctions were also applied to SpaceX LLC:
- UAH 8.6 million for the use of p2p payments;
- UAH 4.3 million for allowing players to top up their accounts from third-party cards.
PlayCity carries out supervision in accordance with the relevant law and applies sanctions in case of violations, including the revocation of licenses.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in early June 2025, the PlayCity state agency, created to replace the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries, began operating in Ukraine.
