In January-March, compared to the same period in 2025, Ukrainians purchased 1.5% fewer used cars imported from the US, namely 9,500 units.
This is stated in the message of the Ukravtoprom association, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
It is noted that the largest share of this number (59%) belongs to gasoline cars.
Electric cars make up 19%, hybrid cars - 12%, diesel - 6%, and cars with automobile gas - 4%.
The average age of "Americans" with mileage that replenished the Ukrainian car fleet from January to March is 7 years.
The TOP-10 used cars manufactured in the USA included: Ford Escape - 1090 units; BMW X3 - 756 units; Nissan Rogue - 690 units; BMW X5 - 635 units; Tesla Model 3 - 540 units; Jeep Cherokee - 521 units; Volkswagen Passat - 502 units; Tesla Model Y - 497 units; Jeep Grand Cherokee - 244 units and Chevrolet Bolt - 208 units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in February compared to February 2025, Ukrainians purchased 16% fewer used cars imported from the USA, namely 2,700 units.
In 2025, compared to 2024, Ukrainians purchased 48% more used cars imported from the USA, namely 61,600 units.
