In the aggressor country of the russian federation, against the backdrop of a catastrophic shortage of personnel in all areas, the "Agency for Strategic Initiatives", founded by russian dictator vladimir putin, announced the launch of the digital service "To russia - by Call", aimed at attracting foreign specialists. This was reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD).

It is noted that the project works as a "single window": russians are waiting for applications from foreigners, check their competences and loyalty to "traditional values", and in case of approval, they promise full support during the move.

The Center emphasizes that in reality this project is doomed to failure, like previous similar programs for resettling foreigners. According to the Center, the promoted resettlement from "unfriendly countries" has interested only a handful of marginalized people who, after encountering the harsh russian reality, corruption, and the risk of ending up in the russian army, dream only of a ticket home.

"While its own specialists are fleeing the russian federation en masse, the Kremlin is trying in vain to import "talents." However, all promises are powerless in the face of reality: no "traditional values" will replace freedom and a stable future," the Center summarizes.
