Russians attack railway infrastructure of Kharkiv Region: damaged station, depot repair shops, rolling stock

On the night of April 20, russian occupiers attacked railway infrastructure facilities in the Kharkiv Region, damage was recorded. Restoration work is underway.

This was reported by the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine.

As a result of enemy strikes on the Kharkiv Region, rolling stock, depot repair shops, elements of the contact network and power supply, and the station building were damaged. Restoration work is currently underway.

It is noted that there were no casualties from the russian attack.

"Russia is systematically attacking Ukrainian railways. Since the beginning of this year alone, more than 600 attacks have been recorded and more than 1,800 facilities have been damaged," the department reported.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of April 20, russian troops again attacked the Kyiv Region with strike drones. In the Brovary district, damage was recorded to two private houses, and one person was injured.
