All assets left in occupied territories actually lost - Helzin denies media claims about possible business in occupied territories

Media reports about businessman Vladyslav Helzin's alleged business ties with russia and the temporarily occupied territories are untrue and based solely on assumptions, manipulations and deliberate distortion of facts.

This response was provided by the businessman himself in a letter to the Ukrainian News agency.

Earlier, Fraza.ua conducted an investigation and concluded that Helzin's Ukrainian business may have overlapped with the business of similar companies in the territory of the aggressor country, including in the property registers of the russian federation. The Ukrainian News agency also informed its readers about the investigation.

"Please note that the false information disseminated by some media outlets about me is based solely on assumptions and incorrect interpretations of the so-called 'journalists', which has no proper basis, is not true and cannot have any evidentiary value," the businessman said.

Vladyslav Helzin noted that the material being disseminated does not contain any verified and reliable facts and is presented in the form of "hints" and "guesses" that are not supported by any evidence, according to him. "At the same time, I am convinced that the ultimate goal of such a publication is to spread false information about me in order to defame my name and tarnish my person and business in the eyes of the public," he emphasized.

The businessman also urged to read his previously publicly expressed position on the shameful insinuations and the refutation of the groundless accusations, which he provided in his interview for the online media "Football 24."

"In particular, I publicly stated that "I, Vladyslav Helzin, do not carry out and have not carried out any activities on the territory of the aggressor state. None of the companies I control operate in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation or in the temporarily occupied territories. I also emphasized that all the assets that remained in the occupied territories are actually lost and are not used by me or by persons under my control," he said.
