Three people were injured as a result of the attack by russian troops on the city center of Dnipro on the night of April 15. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha.
According to the Regional Military Administration, two women and a man were among the injured.
"A 29-year-old woman was hospitalized in moderate condition. A 22-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man are receiving outpatient treatment," the department noted.
Significant destruction of civilian infrastructure was recorded in the city center. In particular, a nine-story new building was damaged, and a fire broke out in one of the administrative buildings as a result of the hit. Rescue services and law enforcement officers are working at the scene to eliminate the consequences of the strikes.
Despite the hit, the Ukrainian military demonstrated effective work in the sky over the region. According to Oleksandr Hanzha, air defense units neutralized nine russian drones over the region during the night. Currently, an inspection of the territories is underway to finally establish the extent of the damage.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of April 15, russian troops carried out a massive raid of attack drones on Cherkasy, and enemy targets were recorded falling at several locations in the regional center.
Also, russian troops attacked Zaporizhzhia on the morning of April 15, as a result of which the destruction of civilian infrastructure and the death of a civilian resident were recorded.
